Aasra Services (Proprietor: Rohit Sharma, Udyam: UDYAM-BR-25-0002910) provides only digital services such as website design, web portals, SEO, hosting and monthly care plans. No physical goods are shipped by courier or post, so there is no shipping charge. All services are delivered online through email, WhatsApp, a live website on your domain and admin panel logins.
Delivery timelines
Starter and Business websites: usually 7 to 15 working days after advance and required content are received.
Web portals and custom apps: 4 to 8 weeks or more, as per the timeline in the written scope.
SEO and marketing services: work starts within 2 working days of payment, with monthly reports by email.
Monthly care plans: service starts within 1 working day of payment.
How delivery happens
- 1Receipt and order confirmation by email as soon as payment is made.
- 2Design preview link on WhatsApp or email for your approval.
- 3After approval the website goes live on your domain.
- 4Admin panel login, key details and training are handed over to you.
When delays can happen
Timelines can extend if content, photos, logo or domain details are not received on time, if the scope changes midway, or because of third parties such as domain registrars or payment gateway approvals. We inform you in advance and give the new date in writing.
If you do not receive delivery
