Terms for using aasraservices.com and the services of Aasra Services. Last updated: 1 November 2026.
These terms apply between Aasra Services (Proprietor: Rohit Sharma, Udyam: UDYAM-BR-25-0002910, Mahapur, Kawakol, Nawada, Bihar 805106, India) and clients who use our services. By using the website, accepting a quote or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide digital services such as website design and development, web portals, CMS and admin panels, SEO, digital marketing automation, custom dashboards, payment gateway integration, hosting and maintenance. The work for every project is defined in a written scope and quote, which is treated as final.
Quotes and payment
- 150 percent of the quote is payable in advance to start work and the balance 50 percent before launch, unless the quote says otherwise.
- 2Monthly care plans are payable monthly in advance.
- 3Any work outside the scope is done only after a separate quote.
- 4Work or service may be paused if payment is not made on time.
- 5Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Client responsibilities
Provide content, photos, logo and required details on time.
Make sure the content you give is yours or that you have the right to use it.
Review and approve designs and work on time.
Keep admin panel and account passwords safe.
Rights and ownership
After full payment, the design, content and data of your website belong to you, and the domain stays in your name. Third party software, open source tools and licensed items remain under their own terms. We may show our work in our portfolio unless you refuse in writing.
Prohibited use
We do not build websites or services for illegal, fraudulent, gambling, counterfeit, obscene or rights infringing content. If found, the service may be stopped without refund.
Limitation of liability
We deliver our services with full care, but we do not guarantee third party issues (hosting companies, payment gateways, Google), search rankings or sales results. In no case will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for that service.
Termination, disputes and changes
- 1Either party may end the service with written notice, settled as per dues and the Refund Policy.
- 2Any dispute will first be resolved through mutual discussion.
- 3These terms are governed by the laws of India and courts in Nawada, Bihar have jurisdiction.
- 4Changes to these terms will be updated on this page with a new date.
