Get Well Tour: a platform connecting patients and hospitals worldwide

Any patient from any country, treatment in any country. A global medical tourism website. Live website: getwelltour.com

Get Well Tour is a medical tourism company that helps patients looking for treatment abroad. The client wanted the website to feel global rather than tied to one country, so a patient from any country could use it for treatment in any country, and hospitals worldwide could add themselves. The challenge was to make the whole site global without hurting hundreds of existing pages and their Google rankings.

The challenge

Make the website global instead of tied to one country.

Give hospitals worldwide an easy way to join.

Testimonials and helpful blogs to win patient trust.

Protect existing content and rankings.

What we built

  1. 1A modern international medical tourism design with no single country feel.
  2. 2Self onboarding for hospitals and healthcare providers to list their facility.
  3. 3Dynamic pages for treatments, country guides and blogs.
  4. 4A patient testimonials section.
  5. 5Contact only by email and forms for a global audience.

SEO protection

The whole look changed, but existing treatment, country guide and blog pages and their URLs stayed the same, so the site kept its standing on Google.

How the work was done, step by step

  1. 1Phase one, direction: agreed with the client that the site would serve patients and hospitals worldwide, not one country.
  2. 2Phase two, new look: a modern international medical tourism design with clean, trustworthy imagery.
  3. 3Phase three, hospital onboarding: an easy way for hospitals in any country to add their own details.
  4. 4Phase four, trust: patient testimonials and helpful blogs.
  5. 5Phase five, protection: existing treatment, country guide and blog URLs stayed unchanged.

Biggest challenges and how we solved them

Removing a single country feel without breaking old content: design and new content went global, old pages and URLs were kept.

Bringing in hospitals from many countries: a simple form any hospital can fill without help.

International patient trust: clear information, testimonials and formal contact only by email and forms.

Lessons for your business

If you want to take your business to new markets or other countries, your website look and language must match that customer. But do not delete old pages and URLs while doing it, because they carry your standing on Google.

See it live
