A healthcare client needed new enquiries, but reaching hundreds of businesses by hand through email and forms took a lot of time. We built an automation tool that takes a list of businesses in a chosen area, fills the enquiry forms on their websites, sends email and SMS, and records everything in one place. It started with businesses within 100 km of Varanasi.
The challenge
The website was not getting enough enquiries on its own.
Reaching hundreds of businesses by hand was very slow.
Keeping a record of who was contacted was hard.
